294 billion emails—that is billion with a B—are sent daily throughout the world. It is an effective, convenient method of communicating and that is why we are making a concerted effort to collect parishioners e-mail. Oftentimes the bulletin has gone to press 5 to 6 days before you actually read it, in those days a lot of new news needs to be reported, and e-mail is an excellent way to inform parishioners and friends about our current events.
